Policies

1. Class will be held at Hopscotch Gymnastics (480 Warfield Blvd) and Exit 1 Piano and Music Lessons (130 Alfedo Dr, Bldg 2, Ste. C).

2. Please refrain from taking pictures and videos during class to stay fully present with your child, and to protect the
privacy of other children and families. We can get out instruments and scarves before or after class for a photo op!

3. Please wash hands before entering class. We do our very best to protect children with allergies and fragile
immune systems.

4. Snacks/drinks are not allowed during class. (Please feel comfortable to nurse or bottle-feed babies!) Please leave
toys at home or with your belongings.

5. If your child is having trouble with throwing, hitting, or screaming during class, there is a space outside of the
classroom that you are welcome to take them until they are ready to rejoin us. Please know that Music Together® is a
judgment-free zone! We recognize that babies, toddlers, and preschoolers are still learning social-emotional skills
and we want you to feel supported as you deal with these perfectly normal behaviors.

6. We remove our shoes for class, so bring your favorite socks! If you have a baby who is not yet mobile, you are
welcome to bring a lightweight blanket to put on the floor. Wear clothing you can sit on the floor, move, and dance
in! If you need to wear shoes or sit in a chair for medical/comfort reasons, please do so.

7. If you or your child are sick, please let Ms. Emily know and stay home to get well soon!

8. If class has to be cancelled due to weather or teacher illness, every effort will be made to offer a make up class. Please know that it is not always possible to make up a cancelled class. Please get in the habit of checking email/texts before class in the event of important announcements.

9. We love having visitors! Bring Grandma, Grandpa, or any other special adult in your child's life. Older siblings may
attend with permission of the teacher and can participate as a model or helper for their younger sibling, or they may
bring something quiet to do off to the side.

10. Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited in the classroom.

11. If you need to miss a class, you may make up your missed class at another Wildflower Music Makers class time/location. Contact Ms. Emily to schedule a make up class.

12. Payment is due via check, credit card, or Venmo at the first class. Tuition is $150 for the first child, $110 for a
sibling. Please make checks payable to Wildflower Music Makers. Venmo is @WildflowerMusicMakers. Refunds
cannot be offered after the first class of a session.
Scholarships are available.

13. At Wildflower Music Makers we believe that music is for all. We are an inclusive community of parents,
caregivers, and children with the common goal of joyfully making music together. Your family is welcome at
Wildflower Music Makers!
