We have room for your child! Join at any point in the semester at a prorated cost!
Wildflower Music Makers homeschool students in PreK through 2nd grade will be introduced to basic music concepts and skills through singing, movement, and playing instruments. Our homeschool music classes will be an engaging time for your child to explore beat, rhythm, melody, dynamics, tempo, composition, improvisation, and reading basic music notation -- all while having fun!
Our goals for the semester will be:
1) to develop a foundational understanding of basic music skills
2) to encourage creativity, musical expression, and confidence
3) to foster a life-long love of music.
Classes will meet at Hopscotch Gymnastics (480 Warfield Blvd), and our classroom is in their party room. Parents are invited to stay for the first class on January 12 for a parent meeting and a peek into what classes will be like. The classes following the first week will be drop-off classes.
Homeschool music classes are for children ages 4 and up. Children must be potty trained.
This is a 16 week semester class, January 12 - May 18. We will meet once a week for 50 minutes.
The total cost for the semester is $305 per child, split evenly over 5 months for $61 per month January - May.
We will not have class January 19, February 16 (this could be used as a make up class, if needed), or March 16.
